Conserving definition

  • Conserving Party agrees that IID and its designees shall have the right to enter the Participating Field and, to the extent necessary, other land owned or leased by Conserving Party at any time during the Term of this Agreement for any purpose necessary to IID in the administration and implementation of the Program, including mitigation purposes, calculating the ADWR, verification, monitoring, and assessment of compliance with or enforcement of this Agreement.

  • This Agreement shall be a legal and binding obligation of Conserving Party, enforceable against Conserving Party in accordance with its terms, and shall not violate any provisions of any agreement to which Conserving Party is a party or to which Conserving Party is subject.

  • Both the Start Date and End Date are also set out in the information provided by Conserving Party in Exhibit C.
