Consent to Venue. The Contractor agrees that it shall commence and litigate all actions or proceedings arising in connection with this Agreement exclusively in the Dedham District Court or in the Norfolk Superior Court, both of which are located in the County of Norfolk, Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The aforementioned choice of venue is intended to be mandatory and not permissive in nature, thereby precluding the possibility of the Contractor commencing or prosecuting any litigation against the Town, with respect to or arising out of this Agreement, in any court or forum other than those specified in this paragraph. It is further agreed that the parties to this Agreement hereby waive their rights to a jury trial.
Consent to Venue. EACH BORROWER PARTY HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY OBJECTION IT WOULD MAKE NOW OR HEREAFTER FOR THE LAYING OF VENUE OF ANY SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, ANY OTHER LOAN DOCUMENT OR ANY BANK PRODUCTS DOCUMENT BROUGHT IN THE FEDERAL COURTS OF THE UNITED STATES SITTING IN NEW YORK COUNTY, NEW YORK, AND HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY CLAIM THAT ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM.
Consent to Venue. THE MORTGAGOR AGREES THAT ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING RELATING TO THIS MORTGAGE, THE LOAN OR ANY OF THE OTHER LOAN DOCUMENTS MAY BE BROUGHT AGAINST THE MORTGAGOR IN ANY STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, OR ANY STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED OR HAVING JURISDICTION IN THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE PREMISES ARE LOCATED. THE MORTGAGOR WAIVES ANY OBJECTION TO VENUE IN ANY SUCH COURT AND WAIVES ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO TRANSFER OR CHANGE THE VENUE FROM ANY SUCH COURT.
Consent to Venue. EACH BORROWER PARTY HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY OBJECTION IT WOULD MAKE NOW OR HEREAFTER FOR THE LAYING OF VENUE OF ANY SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AMENDMENT BROUGHT IN THE FEDERAL COURTS OF THE UNITED STATES SITTING IN NEW YORK COUNTY, NEW YORK, AND HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY CLAIM THAT ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM.
Consent to Venue. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach thereof, arising out of or relating in any way to the employment of Xxxxxxx or termination thereof, shall be brought in the Federal courts located in the State of Maryland; provided, however, that if any of the aforementioned courts is found to lack subject matter jurisdiction, then to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in the State of Maryland. By executing and delivering this Agreement, each party, for itself or himself and in connection with its or his properties, irrevocably (a) accepts generally and unconditionally the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts; (b) waives any defense of forum non conveniens; (c) agrees that service of all process in any such proceeding in any such court may be made by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the applicable party at its address provided herein; and (d) agrees that service as provided in clause (c) above is sufficient to confer personal jurisdiction over the applicable party in any such proceeding in any such court, and otherwise constitutes effective and binding service in every respect.
Consent to Venue. Tenant hereby waives any objection to venue in the City and County of San Francisco, and agrees and consents to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California with respect to any action or proceeding (i) brought by Landlord, Tenant or any other party, relating to (A) this Lease and/or any understandings or prior dealings between the parties hereto, or (B) the Premises, the Project, or any part thereof, or (ii) to which Landlord is a party.
Consent to Venue. MORTGAGOR AGREES THAT ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING RELATING TO THIS MORTGAGE, THE LOAN OR ANY OF THE OTHER LOAN DOCUMENTS MAY BE BROUGHT AGAINST MORTGAGOR IN ANY STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED IN CLEVELAND, OHIO, OR ANY STATE OR FEDERAL COURT LOCATED OR HAVING JURISDICTION IN THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE PREMISES ARE LOCATED. MORTGAGOR WAIVES ANY OBJECTION TO VENUE IN ANY SUCH COURT AND WAIVES ANY RIGHT IT MAY HAVE TO TRANSFER OR CHANGE THE VENUE FROM ANY SUCH COURT.

Consent to Venue. Each Co- Borrower hereby irrevocably waives any objection it would make now or hereafter for the laying of venue of any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any other Loan Document brought in the federal courts of the United States of America sitting in New York, New York, and hereby irrevocably waives any claim that any such suit, action, or proceeding has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
