Conscientious Objector definition

Conscientious Objector means a person who swears in a written affidavit under penalty of perjury, that she/he will not wear a mask because of health-related, religious or ethical beliefs.
Conscientious Objector means a person who for moral or religious reasons is opposed to participating in any war, and who is therefore deferred from Military Service but is subject to serving in civil work for the national health, safety interest; or who has been so classified by his or her local selective service draft board.
