ConRAC definition
ConRAC means the consolidated rent-a-car car facility to be constructed at the Airport.
ConRAC means a consolidated rental car facility located at the Airport, including all associated repairs and improvements to the main terminal associated therewith and all associated structures, roadways, commercial curbs, facilities, utilities, and other infrastructure improvements related thereto including, without limitation, (i) customer service area; (ii) the exclusive premises for the Concessionaires; (iii) a ready/return area; (iv) a dedicated roadway for rental vehicle use;
ConRAC means a consolidated rental car facility, including all associated repairs and improvements associated therewith and all associated structures, roadways, commercial curbs, terminal connections, facilities, utilities, and other infrastructure improvements related thereto including, without limitation, (i) customer service areas, (ii) the exclusive premises for the Concessionaires, (iii) a ready/return area, (iv) a quick turnaround area dedicated to fueling, vacuuming, washing and servicing rental vehicles, together with a dedicated roadway for rental vehicle use, (v) storage/service facilities, (vi) service centers for rental car maintenance, and (vii) common concessionaire areas and common public areas, in each case together with any other ancillary facilities and any expansions, additions, extensions and/or improvements thereto.

ConRAC means the relocation, design, construction and improvement of a Consolidated Rental Car Facility located in the south terminal support area, including all associated repairs and improvements to the main terminal associated therewith and all associated structures, roadways, commercial curbs, facilities, utilities, and other infrastructure improvements related thereto including, without limitation, (i) customer service area; (ii) the exclusive premises for the Concessionaires; (iii) a ready/return area; (iv) a quick turnaround area dedicated to fueling, vacuuming, washing and servicing rental vehicles, together with a dedicated roadway for rental vehicle use; (v) storage/service facilities; (vi) service centers for rental car maintenance; and (vii) common concessionaire areas and common public areas, in each case together with any other ancillary facilities and any expansions, additions, extensions and/or improvements thereto.
ConRAC or “CRCF” shall mean a consolidated and shared rent-a-car facility.
ConRAC means the consolidated rental car facility located within the four (4) stories of the Joint Use Facility above the Commercial Parking Facility west of the internal shuttler ramps, together with the internal shuttler ramps, all floors of the QTA Facility and associated improvements, to be constructed by the Master Lessee pursuant to the Master Lease and that includes, but is not limited to, the CONRAC Counter Areas, Ready/Return Area, the QTA Space, the Storage Space, the Common Use Areas, the CSB, the Common Use Operational Areas, the Off-Airport Rental Drop-Off Area and the Reserved Area, the Service Yard, Vendor Parking Area and dedicated ramps, roadways, flyovers and walkways necessary for ingress and egress as depicted in the Master Lease, but excluding the reserved rights and premises of the City as set forth in the Master Lease.
ConRAC means the consolidated rental car facility. The ConRAC consists of the following: (i) a garage ("Garage") containing four stories, three of which will be used for the RACs' vehicle ready/return operations and the fourth level, which will be used for the RACs' vehicle storage; (ii) an adjoining Customer Service Center ("CSC''), for customer service counters, waiting areas, and back-office and storage purposes; and (iii) quick tum-around vehicle service maintenance/storage areas ("QTAs") on the land immediately adjacent to the Garage and the CSC, together with the landscaped buffer areas adjacent to the Garage, the CSC and the QTAs and the circulating roadways located between such buffer areas and the Garage, CSC and QTAs.
ConRAC means the (i) On-Airport Rental Car Facility; (ii) Remote Service Facility; and (iii) Hourly Parking Facility (if proposed) as more particularly described in Section I.C. of the Request for Proposals for Consolidated Rental Car Facility Management Agreement dated February 20, 2014.
