Connectivity Fee definition

Connectivity Fee means the mandatory, one-time fee paid by an entity operating a HIT System which covers the cost of connecting that HIT System to the Information Exchange Web Service. The Connectivity Fee amount is $1,500.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by Customer and the Exchange, Customer will start incurring fees as set out in the Connectivity Fee Schedule.

  • The Exchange reserves the right to adjust or change the fees and the Connectivity Fee Schedule by providing no less than fifteen (15) days’ advance notice of any such adjustment or change (which notice may be given to Customer by general email distribution and by the posting of a notice to the Website).

  • Notwithstanding the above, commencing on the earlier of the date of Intel’s acceptance, in accordance with Section 2.2, of the LMI’s delivery of the [**], as defined in Section 7.2 of Schedule 1A or September 1, 2008 and continuing during the term of the Agreement, Intel will pay LMI a non-refundable License and Connectivity Fee (the “LC Fee”) of $1,250,000 per fiscal quarter, payable to LMI within forty-five days of the first day of each fiscal quarter of LMI (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1).

  • The Connectivity Fee must be paid by check, made payable to the California Department of Justice.

  • If STATE does not approve ENTITY’s MOU, the Connectivity Fee shall be returned to ENTITY.

  • The Local Connectivity Fee offsets increased costs from incumbent local exchange carriers.

  • All active participants of WVHIN services will be subject to an annual Connectivity Fee.
