CONNECTION PIPELINE or CP shall mean the pipeline on the territory of the Czech Republic from the GCP to the BTS HSK (approx. 640 m long, DN 1 400 mm, DP 100 xxxx / PN 100, MOP 85 xxxx including the culvert under the Schweinitz river at the German-Czech state border).).

CONNECTION PIPELINE means the pipeline for the transmission of gas from the Gas Production Area to the Treatment Plant, which will be approximately 43kms in length. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Terminals means, collectively (a) the Initial Terminals; and (b) any other terminals, storage facilities, wharfage, tankage and loading racks owned or leased by any Loan Party that are used in the Business.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities means all Interconnection Facilities that are not Customer Interconnection Facilities and that, after the transfer under Tariff, Attachment P, Appendix 2, section 5.5 to the Interconnected Transmission Owner of title to any Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that the Interconnection Customer constructed, are owned, controlled, operated and maintained by the Interconnected Transmission Owner on the Interconnected Transmission Owner’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities. Transmission Provider: The “Transmission Provider” shall be the Office of the Interconnection for all purposes, provided that the Transmission Owners will have the responsibility for the following specified activities:

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Water Service Connection means the pipes and fixtures used for the purpose of supplying any premises in the Municipality with water from the Corporation’s water works that is located between the Corporation’s watermain in the street and the street property line abutting the premises so supplied.

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.   • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).
