Conflicting definition

Conflicting means, with respect to any Contractual Obligation, Organizational Document, Requirement of Law, Consent or Other Action or any other item, any conflict with, breach of or default under, or any triggering of any remedial rights, benefits, or obligations under or in connection with, the terms of such item.
