Confirmatory Retest definition

Confirmatory Retest mean a drug or alcohol test that uses a method of analysis approved by the Commissioner of Health as being reliable for providing specific data as to the drugs, alcohol, or their metabolites detected in an initial screening test.
Confirmatory Retest means, in the event of a positive confirmatory test, a second Confirmatory Test done on the tested individual’s body component sample that is requested and paid for by the tested individual
