Condominium Proxy definition

Condominium Proxy means, with respect to the Condominium, an irrevocable proxy given by Borrower to Lender substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F.
Condominium Proxy means, individually or collectively as the context may require, those certain an irrevocable proxy agreements, each dated as of the date hereof, given by Borrower to Lender in connection with the Loan with respect to the exercise of Borrower’s rights on the Condominium Board.
