Condominium-hotel room definition

Condominium-hotel room means a hotel-styled room, constructed, managed and operated in accordance with Section 6-412 that is designed to operate as a condominium-hotel project. Each condominium-hotel room will be managed, maintained and available for use and occupancy in con- nection with an actual hotel operation. A “condominium-hotel room” may also be designated as a unit on the condominium documents and be available separate sale and ownership, subject to the re- strictions contained in Section 6-412 et seq. of the Land Use Code.

A common interest community is not a condominium unless the undivided interests in the common elements are vested in the unit owners.

  • Condominium Act means Article 9-B of the Real Property Law of the State of New York or any statute enacted in lieu thereof.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, which has been identified as a significant heritage resource in a conservation district plan and any Building listed in the Markham Register of Property of Cultural Heritage Value of Interest;

  • Franchise Area means the present legal boundaries of the City as of the Effective Date, and shall also include any additions thereto, by annexation or other legal means as provided in this Agreement.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under provincial legislation.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;

  • Condominium Association ’ means the organization, whose membership consists ex- clusively of all the unit owners in the con- dominium project, which is, or will be respon- sible for the operation, administration, and management of the condominium project;

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Hotel Site means the real property on which the Hotel is located or to be located, as approved by us.

  • Residential building means a building containing one or more residential dwellings.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.
