Conditions Date means the earlier of (a) 15 July 2008 and (b) 30 days after the Listing has taken place;
Conditions Date has the meaning given to it in the Supplemental Agreement;
Conditions Date means the date on which all the conditions specified in Article 2 are satisfied, or are waived by the Party for whose benefit such condition exists. The obligations of T&D and Seller under this Agreement and the designation of the Conditions Date for the commencement of this Agreement are subject to the fulfillment and satisfaction of each of the following conditions precedent, any one or more of which may only be waived in writing, in whole or in part, by the Party for whose benefit such condition exists.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, in accordance with Section 5.2.4, in the event of a termination by T&D after the Conditions Date but prior to the Commercial Operations Date due to a Seller Event of Default under the Agreement, Seller’s liability shall be no more than the amount of the Second Base Security Payment.

Conditions Date means the dates listed against the relevant Condition Precedent in the table in Schedule 1, and in any event, not later than August 31, 2021 unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties.

Hadjioannou and their direct lineal descendants; “Management Agreement” means, together, the agreement made or (as the context may require) to be made between the Corporate Guarantor and the Manager and the agreement made, or (as the context may require) to be made between the Borrower and the Manager, providing (inter alia) for the Manager to manage the Ship, as amended and supplemented from time to time; and “Supplemental Agreement” means the agreement dated 23 May 2008 supplemental to this Agreement made between (inter alios) (1) the Borrower and (2) the Bank;”;
