  • The parameters of the Conditionals Compliance Mechanism are described in MATCHNow’s internal policies, including but not limited to its In Detail Specification (available in the Document Library on the Canadian Equities page of ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇), and they are subject to change.

  • Any failure to comply with the Conditionals Specifications by Subscriber or any Sponsored User may result in actions taken by TCM pursuant to Section 2.g or termination of this Addendum or of the Subscriber Agreement entirely.

  • Subscriber shall use the System in accordance with the MATCHNow Conditionals FIX Protocol, Admin FIX Protocol, and Conditionals Trading Admin User Guide, as well as any and all other related technical specifications or similar documents as may be provided to Subscriber from time to time by TCM (collectively, the “Conditionals Specifications”).

  • You should also be aware that your Sponsor(s) and other Subscribers may place Opted-In LP Orders, which could match with your Conditionals.
