Conditional Can and Will Serve Letter definition
Conditional Can and Will Serve Letter. (CCWSL) means a written document issued by the District setting forth the maxi- mum commitment by the District to provide water to a specific project on an Applicant’s real property, subject to a final determination by the District after the issuance of a final building permit by the applicable land use agency. A CCWSL is not intended to be an allocation of water or a final determination by the District with respect to the actual amount of water required by the Applicant’s specific project on an Applicant’s real property.
