Conditional Acceptance Certificate definition

Conditional Acceptance Certificate means the certificate issued by the Buyer signifying the Buyer’s Conditional Acceptance of the Equipment in accordance with Clause 8.10 and in the form set out in Annex H Conditional Acceptance Date means the date of Conditional Acceptance of the Equipment by the Buyer. Confidential Information has the meaning ascribed in Clause 14.1.
Conditional Acceptance Certificate means a certificate in the form set out in Part 1 of Exhibit 3 (Certificates);
