Concurrent Offering definition

Concurrent Offering has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Concurrent Offering means the private placement of REIT Shares pursuant to that certain Purchase Agreement among the Company and the other parties named therein.
Concurrent Offering shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.2.

Examples of Concurrent Offering in a sentence

  • The net proceeds of the Concurrent Offering will be used in the same manner and for the same purposes as the net proceeds of the Offering as described herein.

  • The Concurrent Offering conforms, and will conform, in all material respects to the requirements of the Securities Act.

  • The Company hereby appoints the Placement Agents as the Company's exclusive placement agents in connection with the Concurrent Offering and, subject to the terms and conditions contained or incorporated by reference herein, the Placement Agents hereby accept such appointment.
