Concur Service definition

Concur Service means the primary Concur on-demand business service types presently known as Travel, Expense, Travel & Expense, and Invoice Processing (but excluding Concur SBE) provided by Concur to its customers utilizing Concur software that is hosted and managed by Concur and accessed by the customer over the Internet or a telecommunications wide area network.
Concur Service means, collectively, (i) the Concur Technologies Inc (“Concur”) business service presently known as Concur Travel, which is a Web-based travel management service that is hosted and managed by Concur, as such service may be reasonably modified by Concur from time to time, (ii) the Concur business service known as Meeting Management, which is a Web-based meeting management service that is hosted and managed by Concur, as such service may be reasonably modified by Concur and FCm from time to time and which is subject to a separate agreement between FCm and Concur (the “Reseller Agreement”).

Examples of Concur Service in a sentence

  • In order to receive Referral Fees in connection with the referral of Concur Service, Platinum Advisor must complete and submit to Concur an electronic lead referral worksheet in a form acceptable to Concur for each prospect that Platinum Advisor identifies to Concur.

  • At least one of the prospect contacts listed on the lead referral worksheet must be a management-level employee in the prospect’s organization that has decision-making authority regarding the procurement of Concur Service.

  • Subject to the terms of the Agreement, for each Concur Service Transaction executed between Concur and a Qualified Lead (defined below) within twelve (12) months after the date that Platinum Advisor has submitted the completed lead referral worksheet (the “Lead Referral Date”), Concur will pay Referral Fees during the Term calculated in accordance with Section 4.2.3 below (each Concur Service Transaction meeting the foregoing criteria is a “Qualified Transaction”).

  • Client acknowledges that should the Reseller Agreement terminate for any reason the Concur Service will be available for a period of 60 days to allow the State to confirm data feed information..

  • If all these criteria are met, then the revenue share provisions of Section 8.2.2 of the Agreement and the Concur Service Fees set forth in Section II of Exhibit D of the Agreement shall apply, as applicable, to those ADP-acquired Clients whose first year anniversary occurs in that month (i.e., 12 months after the client’s first monthly b▇▇▇ is due) for the following 12 months.

  • Concur will not pay Platinum Advisor any Referral Fees for invalid Customers or Concur Service Transactions that occurred as a result of any violation of this Agreement, all as determined by Concur in its sole discretion.

  • FCm agrees to use reasonable endeavours during the term of this Agreement to provide a replacement service of a similar standard and cost as the Concur Service and should same not be available then Client may terminate this Agreement pursuant to Sections A.23 and A.24.

  • Platinum Advisor’s subscription to the Concur Service will be pursuant to the terms of a separate written agreement between the parties.

Related to Concur Service

  • 911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.
