Concessionaire Related Party definition

Concessionaire Related Party means the Concessionaire’s agents and Sub-Contractors (including without limitation the Construction Sub-Contractor) and its or their sub-contractors of anytier and its or their directors, officers, employees and workmen in relation to the Project and any Person on or at the Managed Lanes(s) at the express or implied invitation of the Concessionaire (other than HPTE or any HPTE Related Party and other than any other individual who is the driver or a passenger in a vehicle being driven on the Managed Lanes who is otherwise unconnected with the Concessionaire or the Concessionaire’s business in relation to the Project).
