Concession (State) definition
Concession (State) means a person, corporation, partnership or association contracted with the State to provide services not normally provided by State employees for the safety and convenience of the general public in the use and enjoyment of and the enhancement of recreational and educational experiences as units of the State Park System. Concessions shall not be entered into solely for their revenue producing potential (Cal. Pub. Resources Code § 5080.3).
