Concession Sales definition

Concession Sales means all Gross Sales of Concessions at or in association with Authority Events or Team Stadium Events, as applicable, which arise from, in connection with, or incident to the Agreement.

Concession Sales. Box Office Sales" means the amount of all gross receipts from all box office and other ticket sales (whether transacted in person, telephonically or by computer (excluding Box Office Sales on "90/10 Films," as defined below).
