Conceptual Lot Layout definition

Conceptual Lot Layout means the “Conceptual Context Plan - Xxxxxxxx Property, Queen Creek, Arizona” dated October 7, 2004 prepared by HEC Engineering, L.L.C. under Job No. 6215, as the same may be amended from time to time during the entitlement of the LDS Property prior to the preparation of any preliminary plat of all or a portion of the LDS Property.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Impact surface means an interior or exterior surface that is subject to damage by repeated sudden force such as certain parts of door frames.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Architectural coating means a coating applied to stationary structures and their appurtenances, to mobile homes, to pavements, or to curbs.
