Conceptual Approval definition

Conceptual Approval means an environmental resource permit, issued by the District which approves a conceptual master plan for a surface water management system or a mitigation bank. Conceptual approvals constitute final District action, and are binding to the extent that adequate data has been made available for review by the applicant during the review process. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between the permit, staff report, and other information in the application file, the permit and staff report shall control.
Conceptual Approval means that the individual lot has the potential of meeting the Trumbull County General Health DistrictHousehold Sewage Treatment System” rules.
Conceptual Approval means general review of the proposed location, densities, intensity of use, character, and major design features of a proposed development required to undergo review under this section for the purpose of considering whether these aspects of the proposed development comply with the issuing agency's statutes and rules. A conceptual agency review approval shall be valid for up to 10 years, unless otherwise provided in a state or regional agency rule, and may be reviewed and reissued for additional periods of time under procedures established by the agency.

Examples of Conceptual Approval in a sentence

  • A Conceptual Approval is valid for six (6) months from date of approval.

  • If the conceptual drawings are substantially changed, either by request of the ARB or desire of the owner, they must be resubmit- ted and receive Conceptual Approval before proceeding for Preliminary Approval.

  • In the District’s evaluation of permit applications, rules and criteria in effect at the time of the issuance of the conceptual approval, or at the time of the most recent modification of the Conceptual Approval, shall apply unless particular aspects of the project were not previously addressed in the Conceptual Approval.

  • Works Approval means this Works Approval numbered W5913/2015/1 and issued under the Act; and

  • NDA Approval means the Approval of an NDA by the FDA for a Product in the U.S.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.

  • Governmental Approval is any consent, authorization, approval, order, license, franchise, permit, certificate, accreditation, registration, filing or notice, of, issued by, from or to, or other act by or in respect of, any Governmental Authority.

  • Registry Operator Approval means the receipt of each of the following: (A) the affirmative approval of the Applicable Registry Operators whose payments to ICANN accounted for two-­‐thirds of the total amount of fees (converted to U.S. dollars, if applicable, at the prevailing exchange rate published the prior day in the U.S. Edition of the Wall Street Journal for the date such calculation is made by ICANN) paid to ICANN by all the Applicable Registry Operators during the immediately previous calendar year pursuant to the Applicable Registry Agreements, and (B) the affirmative approval of a majority of the Applicable Registry Operators at the time such approval is obtained. For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to clause (B), each Applicable Registry Operator shall have one vote for each top-­‐level domain operated by such Registry Operator pursuant to an Applicable Registry Agreement.

  • Product Approval means the approval of a Governmental Authority necessary for the marketing and sale of the Product in a given country or regulatory jurisdiction, which may include the approval of an MAA (but shall not include any Pricing Approvals).

  • Prior Approval means written ap- proval by an authorized official evi- dencing prior consent.

  • CFIUS Approval means that any of the following shall have occurred: (a) the review period under the DPA commencing on the date that a CFIUS Notice is accepted by CFIUS shall have expired and Xxx, on the one hand, and Polaris, on the other hand, shall have received written notice from CFIUS to the effect that such review has been concluded and that either the Contemplated Transactions do not constitute a “covered transaction” under the DPA or there are no unresolved national security concerns, and all action under the DPA is concluded with respect to the Contemplated Transactions, (b) an investigation under the DPA shall have been commenced after such review period and CFIUS shall have determined to conclude all action under the DPA without sending a report to the President of the United States, and Xxx, on the one hand, and Polaris, on the other hand, shall have received written notice from CFIUS that either the Contemplated Transactions do not constitute a “covered transaction” under the DPA or there are no unresolved national security concerns, and all action under the DPA is concluded with respect to the Contemplated Transactions, or (c) CFIUS shall have sent a report to the President of the United States requesting the President’s decision and either (i) the President shall have announced a decision not to take any action to suspend or prohibit the Contemplated Transactions or, (ii) the period under the DPA during which the President may announce his decision to take action to suspend, prohibit or place any limitations on the Contemplated Transactions shall have expired without any such action being threatened, announced or taken.

  • Final Approval Date means the date on which the Court enters its Order and Judgment approving the Settlement.

  • Reimbursement Approval means an approval, agreement, determination, or other decision by the applicable Governmental Authority that establishes prices charged to end-users for pharmaceutical or biologic products at which a particular pharmaceutical or biologic product will be reimbursed by the Regulatory Authorities or other applicable Governmental Authorities in the Territory.

  • Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).

  • Regulatory Approval means any approval or clearance by any governmental agency or agencies having authority to regulate the use or sale of any Licensed Product(s) in the pertinent jurisdiction or territory.

  • Project Approvals means all approvals, consents, waivers, orders, agreements, authorizations, permits and licenses required under Applicable Laws or under the terms of any restriction, covenant, easement or agreement affecting all or any applicable Phase of the Project, or otherwise necessary or desirable for the ownership, acquisition, construction, development, equipping, use or operation of the Project.

  • Final Approval Hearing means the hearing to be conducted by the Court to determine the fairness, adequacy, and reasonableness of the Settlement pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23 and whether to issue the Final Approval Order and Judgment.
