Computer Sales Entity definition

Computer Sales Entity is defined as an Entity whose retail and direct sales of computer hardware, software, peripherals, training and other computer related services to end users, in the aggregate, are more than 40% of the total sales of such Entity, measured over any fiscal quarter.

Related to Computer Sales Entity

  • Follow-On Investment means an additional investment in the same issuer, including, but not limited to, through the exercise of warrants, conversion privileges or other rights to purchase securities of the issuer.

  • Portfolio Company means the issuer or obligor under any Portfolio Investment held by any Obligor.

  • Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) means a vehicle that is similar to a Hybrid but is equipped with a larger, more advanced battery that allows the vehicle to be plugged in and recharged in addition to refueling with gasoline. This larger battery allows the car to be driven on a combination of electric and gasoline fuels.

  • General Motors Financial Company, Inc. means General Motors Financial Company, Inc. (f/k/a AmeriCredit Corp.).

  • Unconsolidated Affiliate means, with respect to any Person, any other Person in whom such Person holds an Investment, which Investment is accounted for in the financial statements of such Person on an equity basis of accounting and whose financial results would not be consolidated under GAAP with the financial results of such Person on the consolidated financial statements of such Person.
