Computations definition

Computations means calculations, including coefficients and other pertinent data, made to determine the rates of flow for stormwater plans, with units given in cubic feet per second.

  • LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: LIBOR Rate = LIBOR

In view of the potential advantages offered by this procedure, negotiation of predetermined rates for indirect costs for a period of two to four years should be the norm in those situations where the cost experience and other pertinent facts available are deemed sufficient to enable the parties involved to reach an informed judgment as to the probable level of indirect costs during the ensuing accounting periods.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • LIBOR Base Rate means, for each Interest Period, the London interbank offered rate for six-month deposits in Dollars for value the first day of such Interest Period (or, in the case of the initial Interest Period, for value the Interest Payment Date occurring on or next preceding the first day of such Interest Period), as reasonably determined by the Bank and expressed as a percentage per annum.

  • Lease Rate means for each 2010-1 Lease, the rent charge portion of each Monthly Payment, calculated on a constant yield basis at an imputed interest rate.

  • Applicable Base Rate means (i) with respect to a Rate Period of fewer than 49 days, the greater of (a) the SIFMA Municipal Swap Index or (b) the LIBOR Rate, and (ii) with respect to a Rate Period of 49 or more days, the LIBOR Rate.

  • Interest Accrual Basis The basis on which interest accrues in respect of any Mortgage Loan, any REMIC I Regular Interest, any REMIC II Regular Interest, any Regular Certificate, any of the Class A-S, Class B and Class C Certificates, any of the Class A-S Regular Interest, Class B Regular Interest and Class C Regular Interest or any particular REMIC III Component of a Class of Interest Only Certificates, in each case consisting of one of the following: (i) a 30/360 Basis; or (ii) an Actual/360 Basis.

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.

  • Interest Adjustment Rate means the interest adjustment rate assigned to the Security. The initial Interest Adjustment Rate is the interest adjustment rate specified in the Table (the "Initial Interest Adjustment Rate").The Issuer may adjust, in its reasonable discretion pursuant to §315 BGB and in consideration of the relevant capital market practice and by acting in good faith (including market interest rates and the interest-rate expectations of the market), the Interest Adjustment Rate, including the Initial Interest Adjustment Rate, on any Scheduled Trading Day within the range (deviation (+) or (-)) specified in the Table for any given Security. The adjusted rate will be published without undue delay in accordance with §12.

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the LIBO Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period; provided that if the LIBO Screen Rate shall not be available at such time for such Interest Period (an “Impacted Interest Period”) then the LIBO Rate shall be the Interpolated Rate.
