Computations of interest and other amounts due under this Agreement shall be made on the basis of a year of 360 days for the actual number of days elapsed, including the first day but excluding the last day of the relevant period.
Computations of interest or Facility Fees shall in each case be made for the actual number of days (including the first day but excluding the last day) occurring in the period for which such interest or Facility Fees are payable.
