Computations definition

Computations means calculations, including coefficients and other pertinent data, made to determine the drainage plan with rates of flow of water given in cubic feet per second and cubic meters per second (CMS).

If such index is discontinued or revised, the average rate of inflation shall be determined by reference to the index designated as the successor or substitute index by the government of the United States.
