Compression Zone definition
Compression Zone means a Compression Receipt Zone or a Compression Delivery Zone. Confidential Information is defined in clause 22.1. Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Credit Support means a security provided to the Operator in respect of a Market Participant that meets the requirements of clause 9.2.1(c). Credit Support Provider means a person that meets the requirements under clause 9.2.2 and 9.2.3 and is the issuing party that assumes obligations to the Operator pursuant to a Credit Support. CTA Procedures means the Capacity Transfer and Auction Procedures made under the National Gas Law as amended from time to time. Default Base Product Delivery Point is defined in clause 12.1. Default Event is defined in clause 20.
