Comprehensive Facility definition

Comprehensive Facility means a comprehensive marijuana cultivation facility, comprehensive marijuana dispensary facility, or a comprehensive marijuana-infused products manufacturing facility.
Comprehensive Facility means more than one of the following types of credit facilities made available by the Lender to the Applicant: working capital loan, fixed asset loan, issue of banker’s acceptance ▇▇▇▇, issue of letter of guarantee and other types of credit facility acceptable by the Lender.
