Composting site definition
Composting site means any facility other than one that is classified as a “backyard composting site” that composts wastes and has a composting area one-half acre or less.
Composting site means the site Benaraby Landfill Site at which the Contractor shall deliver the biosolids in a licenced Biosolids Transfer Truck/Trailer/Container and unload the contents at the designated area at this site, as directed by the Landfill site representative.
