Component Rate definition

Component Rate. As to each of the Class X Components, the rate reflected in the definition for such component herein.
Component Rate means, with respect to each Component, the “Interest Rate” as defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Component Rate. With respect to each Component, the per annum rate at which interest accrues on such Component without giving effect to the Default Rate.
