Initial Business Plan means the business plan to be provided by the Franchisee to the Secretary of State as described in paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

Additional Business Centre(s means the city or cities specified as such in the relevant Final Terms;

Annual Business Plan means the business plan for the next calendar year made by Party A in accordance with this agreement prior to November 30 every year with the assistant of Party B.
Promotional Material means any communication that relates to the Company or its services made to or directed at, or that relates in any way to the solicitation of a Prospective Customer or a transaction in an Existing Customer’s trading account. Promotional Material includes, but is not limited to, published written texts, training materials, advertisements, market analysis, research reports, correspondence to Existing Customers or Prospective Customers, newsletters and generally anything written that assists in the solicitation process.
Private Business Use means use (directly or indirectly) in a trade or business or activity carried on by any Private Person (other than a Tax-Exempt Organization) other than use as a member of, and on the same basis as, the general public.
Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
Season Ticket means a season ticket booklet (and all or any component vouchers therein) or any season ticket smartcard (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with any of the foregoing) for admission to Matches.

Alcohol training and education seminar means a seminar that is:
New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.
Alarm business means the business by any individual, partnership, corporation, or other entity of selling, leasing, maintaining, servicing, repairing, altering, replacing, moving or installing any alarm system or causing to be sold, leased, maintained, serviced, repaired, altered, replaced, moved or installed any alarm system in or on any building, structure or facility.
Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.
Licensed Business means the activities connected with the conveyance of
Tourism promotion means activities and expenditures designed to increase tourism, including but not limited to advertising, publicizing, or otherwise distributing information for the purpose of attracting and welcoming tourists; developing strategies to expand tourism; operating tourism promotion agencies; and funding marketing of special events and festivals designed to attract tourists.
Co-Promotion means those promotional activities undertaken by a ------------ pharmaceutical company's sales force in concert with at least one other pharmaceutical company's sales force to implement the marketing plans and strategies with respect to a particular prescription pharmaceutical product under a single trademark. Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.
Travel training means providing instruction, as appropriate, to children with significant cognitive disabilities, and any other children with disabilities who require this instruction, to enable them to:
