Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. The Borrower will, and will cause each Subsidiary to, comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders applicable to it or its property, including all governmental approvals or authorizations required to conduct its business, and to maintain all such governmental approvals or authorizations in full force and effect, in each case except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. The Borrower will, and will cause each Restricted Subsidiary to, (a) comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and orders applicable to it or its property, including, without limitation, applicable laws administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, and all governmental approvals or authorizations required to conduct its business, and to maintain all such governmental approvals or authorizations in full force and effect, (b) comply with, and use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure compliance by all tenants and subtenants, if any, with, all applicable Environmental Laws, and obtain and comply with and maintain, and use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all tenants and subtenants obtain and comply with and maintain, any and all licenses, approvals, notifications, registrations or permits required by applicable Environmental Laws, and (c) conduct and complete all investigations, studies, sampling and testing, and all remedial, removal, and other actions required under Environmental Laws and promptly comply with all lawful orders and directives of all Governmental Authorities regarding Environmental Laws, other than such orders and directives which are being timely contested in good faith by proper proceedings, except in each case of (a), (b), and (c) of this Section 9.6, where the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

The Borrower will, and will cause each Subsidiary to, comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders applicable to it or its property (including all FCC Licenses and all other governmental approvals or authorizations required to launch and operate the Satellites and the TT&C Earth Stations related thereto) and to transmit signals to and receive transmissions from the Satellites, and to maintain all such FCC Licenses and other governmental approvals or authorizations in full force and effect, in each case except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect (it being understood that any failure as it may relate to any FCC License for a Satellite that is yet to be launched shall not, in itself, be considered or deemed to result in a Material Adverse Effect).
Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. The Borrower will, and will cause each Restricted Subsidiary to, comply with all Requirements of Law applicable to it or its property, including all governmental approvals or authorizations required to conduct its business, and to maintain all such governmental approvals or authorizations in full force and effect, in each case except where the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. The Borrower will maintain in effect and enforce policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance by the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions.
Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. Holdings will, and will cause each Restricted Subsidiary to, (a) comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders, including, without limitation, applicable Sanctions and Anti-Terrorism Laws and the FCPA, and all governmental approvals or authorizations required to conduct its business, and to maintain all such governmental approvals or authorizations in full force and effect, (b) comply with, and use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure compliance by all tenants and subtenants, if any, with, all Environmental Laws, and obtain and comply with and maintain, and use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all tenants and subtenants obtain and comply with and maintain, any and all licenses, approvals, notifications, registrations or permits required by Environmental Laws and (c) conduct and complete all investigations, studies, sampling and testing, and all remedial, removal, and other actions required under Environmental Laws and promptly comply with all lawful orders and directives of all Governmental Authorities regarding Environmental Laws, other than such orders and directives which are being timely contested in good faith by proper proceedings, except in each case of (a), (b) and (c) of this Section 9.6, where the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.

The Borrower will, and will cause each Restricted Subsidiary to, comply with all laws, rules, regulations and orders of any Governmental Authority (including all Environmental Laws) applicable to it or its property (owned or leased), except where the failure to do so would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; provided that this Section 9.6 shall not apply to laws related to Taxes.
Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. Each Loan Party will, and will cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders applicable to it or its property, including all Environmental Laws and governmental approvals or authorizations required to conduct its business, and to maintain all such governmental approvals or authorizations in full force and effect, in each case except where the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. Each Loan Party will, and will cause each Restricted Subsidiary to, promptly investigate and remediate any release of Hazardous Substances, to the extent such release results in Hazardous Substances in the environment that exceed allowable limits under applicable Environmental Law or as otherwise required by Environmental Law, in each case except where the failure to do so, individually or in the aggregate, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. The Contractor shall give all notices and pay all fees and charges required to be given or paid by any national or State Statutes, Ordinances, Laws, Regulations or By-laws, or any local or other duly constituted authority in relation to the execution of the Works or of any Temporary Works and by the Rules and Regulations of all public bodies and companies whose property or rights are affected or may be affected in any way by the Works or any Temporary Works. The Contractor shall conform in all respects with any such Statutes, Ordinances, Laws, Regulations, By-laws or requirements of any such local or other authority which may be applicable to the Works and shall keep the Employer indemnified against all penalties and liabilities of every kind for breach of any such Statutes, Ordinances, Laws, Regulations, By-laws or requirements. FOSSILS, ETC. All fossils, coins, articles of value or antiquity and structures and other remains or things of geological or archaeological interest discovered on the Site of the Works shall as between the Employer and the Contractor be deemed to be the absolute property of the Employer and the Contractor shall take reasonable precautions to prevent his workmen or any other persons from removing or damaging any such article or thing and shall immediately upon discovery thereof and before removal acquaint the Employer of such discovery and carry out at the expense of the Employer the Engineer's orders as to the disposal of the same.
Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. Except as otherwise excused by the Bankruptcy Code with respect to any DIP Debtor, the Borrower will, and the Borrower will cause each Subsidiary to, comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders applicable to it or its property (including all FCC Licenses and all other governmental approvals or authorizations required to launch and operate the Satellites and the TT&C Stations related thereto) and to transmit signals to and receive transmissions from the Satellites, and to maintain all such FCC Licenses and other governmental approvals or authorizations in full force and effect, in each case except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect (it being understood that any failure as it may relate to any FCC License for a Satellite that is yet to be launched shall not, in itself, be considered or deemed to result in a Material Adverse Effect).
Compliance with Statutes, Regulations, Etc. Each of the Borrower and each Parent Guarantor will, and will cause each other Restricted Subsidiary to, comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and orders of any Governmental Authority applicable to it or its property, and take all reasonable actions to maintain all governmental franchises, licenses, permits, approvals and authorizations in full force and effect, in each case except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
