COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. Compliance with the terms of this Agreement does not relieve the Respondent of any obligation to comply with any other applicable laws or regulations administered by, through or for RIDEM or any other governmental entity.
COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Insurance Agency and Financial Institution’s compliance with the DOL Fiduciary Rule does not obviate the requirement to comply with any other applicable law, rule, or regulation.

To the extent that other state and/or federal laws provide additional, stricter and/or more protective (collectively, “more protective”) privacy and/or security protections to PHI or other confidential information covered under this Addendum and the Agreement beyond those provided through HIPAA, Business Associate agrees:
COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. The usage of Siemens certificates shall always comply with applicable laws (e.g. mandatory requirements of Russian laws), especially regulation of export, import or use of encryption hardware, software or technology. 16.

Able and its Subsidiaries have in effect all Permits necessary for them to own, lease or operate the properties and assets of Able and its Subsidiaries and to carry on the Business as now conducted, and there has not occurred any default under any Permit, except for the absence of Permits and for defaults under Permits that have not had an Able Material Adverse Effect. Able and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with all Other Applicable Law, except where failure to so comply would not reasonably be expected to have an Able Material Adverse Effect. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.28, no investigation or review by any Governmental Authority with respect to Able or any of its Subsidiaries is pending or to Able's Knowledge, threatened.
COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. Bracknell and its Subsidiaries have in effect all Permits necessary for them to own, lease or operate the properties and assets of Bracknell and its Subsidiaries and to carry on the Business as now conducted, and 42 44 there has not occurred any default under any Permit, except for the absence of Permits and for defaults under Permits that have not had a Bracknell Material Adverse Effect. Bracknell and its Subsidiaries are in compliance with all Other Applicable Law, except where failure to so comply would not have a Bracknell Material Adverse Effect. Except as set forth in Schedule 5.13, no investigation or review by any Governmental Authority with respect to Bracknell or any of its Subsidiaries is pending, or to Bracknell's Knowledge, threatened.
COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. The Improvements and the Property comply with all covenants and restrictions of record and applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulation, including, without limitation, all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations relating to zoning (or is a valid non-conforming use, lot or structure), set back requirements and applicable building codes, and to the best of Borrower's knowledge, there are no waivers of any building codes
COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. To the best of each Borrower’s knowledge, each Property and Improvements comply with all covenants and restrictions of record and applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, including, without limitation, all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations relating to zoning, setback requirements and building codes. No Improvements constitute a nonconforming structure and the operation of the Facility is not a nonconforming use under current zoning, and there are no waivers of any current building code requirements for the Property or Improvements. The Facility is in compliance in all material respects with the Americans With Disabilities Act and regulations thereunder and the Federal Housing Act and regulations thereunder, each to the extent applicable. Each Borrower agrees to indemnify and hold Lender harmless from any fines or penalties assessed or any corrective costs incurred by Lender if any Improvements or any Property, or any part thereof, is hereafter determined to be in violation of any covenants or restrictions of record or any applicable laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, and such indemnity shall survive any foreclosure or deed in lieu of foreclosure.
COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. Officer understands and agrees that notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, this Agreement may be changed if and to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, including any future laws regulating the compensation of executive officers of financial institutions (if, and only if, such applicable laws apply to both Bofl Holding, Inc and Bank of Internet USA and this Agreement), provided that such change shall be negotiated in good faith to achieve, to the extent possible, a comparable economics result to that which would otherwise have accrued to Officer prior to modification of this Agreement
COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS. Comply, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to comply, with all other applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders of any Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over it, except where a failure to comply would not reasonably be expected, in any particular case or in the aggregate, to have a Material Adverse Effect.
