Compliance point definition

Compliance point means point of compliance as defined in this Subsection.
Compliance point means a location on a waterway that is used to determine the volume of water passing that location each day either by reference to a stream gauge or by observation.
Compliance point means any point in groundwater designated at 35 Ill. Adm. Code 620.Subpart B as a Class I through III groundwater at which a contaminant released from the unit could pass underneath the unit boundary.

Code 620.250 for the site or unit, compliance point means any point as specified in an approved corrective action processin the groundwater at which a contaminant released from the unit could pass beyond the Agency approved GMZ boundary. There may be more than one compliance point for a particular unit(s)/GMZ.
