Completion of Facilities definition

Completion of Facilities means that all the Facilities (or a specific part thereof where specific parts are specified in the SCC) have been completed operationally and structurally as per Technical Specifications and put in a tight and clean condition and that all work in respect of Precommissioning of the Facilities or such specific part thereof has been completed and Commissioning has been attained as per Technical specifications.

Related to Completion of Facilities

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Completion of Construction means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that the work of building and erection of the Project is substantially complete.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;
