Examples of Completion Fee in a sentence
A fee (the “ Completion Fee”) of $9,250,000, payable upon the earlier of (i) the confirmation and effectiveness of a Plan and (ii) the closing of a Transaction; provided, that the Completion Fee shall be reduced to $6,500,000 if a Transaction is consummated on or prior to October 5, 2020 other than pursuant to a Bankruptcy Proceeding.
If the Completion Fee is added to the loan, the borrower may make a separate payment for this without any early repayment charge, at any time after the start of the mortgage.
