Completed Job definition

Completed Job has the meaning given in clause 3.4(i). Any provision of this Agreement which is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is ineffective as to that jurisdiction to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. That does not invalidate the remaining provisions of this Agreement nor affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

Examples of Completed Job in a sentence

  • Completed Job Evaluations will be copied to the manager of affected employee(s), and Union within ten (10) days from being finalized by Compensation Services.

  • Sender agrees to pay Instatruck the Service Fee for each Completed Job and any applicable Cancellation Fees.

  • Contractor Document Quality Completed Job Packet Category Points Paperwork Completeness Category Points Category Points Quality of Work Job Overview – Each item can earn up to 1 point FYI Needed Points Return/Repair Needed Points Billing Adjustment Needed Points Discrepancies Points Installed Measures (Insulation, Air Sealing, etc.) – Total points for this section are determined by the number of items that can be inspected.

  • Completed Job Fact Sheets will be reviewed and approved by the Department Head prior to forwarding to The Department Head may add additional comments to the Job Fact Sheet, a copy of which will be provided to the employee.

  • Completed Job Search Logs must be submitted to the designated job search staff for review on a weekly basis.
