Completed Booking definition

Completed Booking means a booking request by a user sent by Partner which has resulted in the actual provision of services by the Supplier, as confirmed to TourScanner by the Supplier. Any bookings of Activities provided by “Official Websites” as referred on our Website are not counted as Completed Booking and do not generate any “Partner commission”.
Completed Booking means all parts of the booking are complete including signed/accepted
Completed Booking means a Confirmed Booking which has been completed and submitted as completed on the Platform by the relevant Home Care and Support Worker.

Examples of Completed Booking in a sentence

  • If the affected Supplier makes a refund to the Partner Customer (as decided by the Supplier), TourScanner will deduct the commission relating to that Completed Booking from a subsequent commission payment to Partner.

  • Care and Support Worker has submitted a completed Booking (referred to as a “Completed Booking”), you must review and approve that Completed Booking (or vary and approve it, as appropriate) as soon as practicable.

  • You acknowledge that you will be able to provide feedback to Hireup following each Completed Booking.

  • You agree and acknowledge that if you fail to approve or vary and approve or decline a Completed Booking within 14 days of the Completed Booking being submitted by the relevant Home Care and Support Worker, Hireup has the right to approve that Completed Booking and you are deemed to have approved the Completed Booking.

  • Completed Booking Contract Agreement is required to confirm the booked ▇▇▇▇ at time of Deposit.

  • You must not at any time, including either during a Confirmed Booking or after a Completed Booking, or after this Agreement has ended for whatever reason, use or disclose Confidential Information without the prior written approval of Hireup, unless you are otherwise required by law.
