Competitors of Contractor definition

Competitors of Contractor has the meaning set forth in Section 19.2.
Competitors of Contractor means each of *** and their respective Affiliates (other than any such Affiliate that, before becoming such an Affiliate, was a Permitted User).

Direct competitors to APCI in the licensing of LNG liquefaction process technology are [***], Black & Xxxxxx, Xxxxx and Chart. Direct competitors to BASF and [***] in the licensing of acid gas removal process technology are Sulfinol and Huntsman. Contractor shall, from time to time, have the right to inform Owner by notice in writing whether any other parties are to be treated as competitors of APCI, BASF or [***] with respect to the aforementioned technology, as the case may be, for the purposes of this Section 19.2, and such competitors of APCI, BASF or [***] shall be treated as competitors upon approval of Owner (not to be unreasonably withheld).
