Competitive Products and Services definition

Competitive Products and Services means products or services that compete for resources with or are an alternative or potential alternative to, the products sold or services provided by Northrop Grumman, including without limitation products and services in the areas of autonomous systems, cyber, C4ISR, space, strike, sensors, electronics, and logistics and modernization.
Competitive Products and Services has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.8.
Competitive Products and Services as used herein, shall include all products and services similar to or the same as those offered by Company to its customers involving advanced medical visualization and analysis software technologies beyond MIP (Minimum Intensity Projection) and MPR (Multi Planar Reformation) that allow for analysis, manipulation, and distribution of images, such as radiological studies, in 2D, 3D and 4D.

  • During the Non-Competition Period (as defined below), Employee will not, and will cause his affiliates not to, directly or indirectly, design, manufacture, market or sell products or provide services which are competitive to those products manufactured and sold by LogiMetrics during the Employment Term or at the end of the Employment Term or those services provided by LogiMetrics to its customers (including improvements or extensions of such products or services) ("Competitive Products and Services").

More Definitions of Competitive Products and Services

Competitive Products and Services means all products and services similar to those actively being sold by the Company at the time of Employee’s termination or under development for release within twelve (12) months of such termination.

Related to Competitive Products and Services

  • Competitive Products shall include any product or service that directly or indirectly competes with, is substantially similar to, or serves as a reasonable substitute for, any product or service in research, development or design, or manufactured, produced, sold or distributed by the Company;

  • Competitive Products or Services means, as of any time, those products or services of the type that any of the Bank Entities is providing, or is actively preparing to provide, to its customers.
