Competitive Loan Margin definition

Competitive Loan Margin means, with respect to any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a rate based on the Eurocurrency Rate, the marginal rate of interest, if any, to be added to or subtracted from the Eurocurrency Rate in order to determine the interest rate applicable to such Loan, as specified by the Lender making such Loan in its related Competitive Bid.
Competitive Loan Margin means, with respect to any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a rate based on the Adjusted LIBO Rate, the marginal rate of interest, if any, to be added to or subtracted from the Adjusted LIBO Rate in order to determine the interest rate applicable to such Loan, as specified by the Lender making such Loan in its related Competitive Bid.
Competitive Loan Margin with respect to any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a rate based on the Adjusted LIBO Rate, the marginal rate of interest, if any, to be added to or subtracted from the Adjusted LIBO Rate in order to determine the interest rate applicable to such Loan, as specified by the Lender making such Loan in its related Competitive Bid.

Related to Competitive Loan Margin

  • Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Competitive Bid Margin has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(d).

  • Competitive Loan means a Loan made pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Eurodollar Margin means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • LIBOR Margin has the meaning given that term in Section 2.2.(c)(ii)(D).

  • Eurodollar Competitive Loan means any Competitive Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • ABR Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the ABR in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Competitive Loan Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Competitive Loans made by such Lender.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurodollar Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.15(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Rate Margin means the margin over the Eurodollar Rate used in determining the rate of interest of Eurodollar Rate Loans pursuant to subsection 2.2A.

  • Applicable Eurodollar Rate Margin means, with respect to any Eurodollar Rate Advance, for each Pricing Period, the interest rate margin set forth below (expressed in basis points per annum) opposite the Applicable Pricing Level for that Pricing Period: Applicable Pricing Level Margin I 52.50 II 62.50 III 72.50 IV 82.50 V 92.50

  • Applicable Margin means, with respect to Advances of any Type at any time, the percentage rate per annum which is applicable at such time with respect to Advances of such Type as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Applicable ABR Margin means, at any date:

  • Applicable LIBOR Margin means the per annum interest rate from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the LIBOR Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.4(a).

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Revolving Loans.

  • Applicable Revolver Index Margin means the per annum interest rate margin from time to time in effect and payable in addition to the Index Rate applicable to the Revolving Loan, as determined by reference to Section 1.5(a).

  • Applicable Eurocurrency Margin means, as at any date of determination, the rate per annum then applicable to Eurocurrency Rate Loans determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(D)(ii) hereof.

  • Euro-Dollar Margin means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • Applicable Prime Rate Margin shall have the meaning provided in section 2.7(g).

  • Eurocurrency Revolving Loan means any Revolving Facility Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Applicable Revolving Credit Percentage means with respect to any Revolving Credit Lender at any time, such Revolving Credit Lender’s Applicable Percentage in respect of the Revolving Credit Facility at such time.

  • ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.

  • LIBOR Applicable Margin means, as of any date with respect to any LIBOR Interest Period, the Applicable Margin in effect for such LIBOR Interest Period as determined in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof.

  • Applicable Margins means collectively the Applicable Revolver Index Margin, the Applicable Term Loan Index Margin, the Applicable Revolver LIBOR Margin and the Applicable Term Loan LIBOR Margin.
