Competition Season definition

Competition Season means the cheer and dance competition season from Fall to Spring, typically from October through June, with the exact time period from year to year as posted at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ and subject to change at any time by Epic Brands in its sole discretion. EXCEPT FOR TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY AND IN STRICT ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH A CANCELLATION, ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS SHALL BE PERMITTED UNDER ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, A NO-SHOW, DROPOUT OR SCRATCH AT A COMPETITION. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY PAYMENT FORFEITED TO OR RETAINED BY EPIC BRANDS SHALL CONSTITUTE LIQUIDATED DAMAGES TO REIMBURSE EPIC BRANDS FOR THE COSTS AND EXPENSES THAT EPIC BRANDS INCURS IN SUCH CANCELLATION, AS THE PARTIES AGREE THAT IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE OR EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO CALCULATE THE ACTUAL DAMAGES THAT EPIC BRANDS INCURS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.

  • If accepted as a PBR Member, I understand that one or more credentials may be issued pursuant to my Membership for the 2021 PBR Competition Season and PBR World Finals (if applicable), and/or other PBR Events and activities that may be based on my membership status.

  • Each Member contestant is eligible (but is in no way guaranteed) to win prize money, if my Membership is accepted and I am eligible, during the 2021 PBR Competition Season and PBR World Finals in accordance with the 2021 Official PBR Membership Rulebooks.

  • The provisions of this 2021 PBR Rider Membership Application and 2021 PBR Contestant Agreement for the 2021 PBR Competition Season and PBR World Finals, together with my commitments and obligations hereunder, which are intended by their nature to survive the cancellation or expiration of my membership will so survive.

  • I agree that I will, if accepted as a PBR Member, compete in 2021 PBR Competition Season Events that I am eligible and qualify for, unless prevented from competing by injury (as explained further below), illness, family emergency, or as otherwise excused under the current Official PBR Membership Rulebook.
