Competent Authority Approval definition
Competent Authority Approval means any and all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations by a Competent Authority and necessary for the Development activities (including without limitation any applicable pricing, final labeling and reimbursement approvals of such Governmental Authority), and any MAA or equivalent.
