Compensation Units definition

Compensation Units has the meaning ascribed thereto in the fourth paragraph of this Agreement;

Compensation Units means the 60,000 Units issued by the Corporation to FirstEnergy and Raymond James as payment of commission in connection with the February 2010 Private Placement;

Compensation Units has the meaning given to that term on the second page of this Agreement;

Examples of Compensation Units in a sentence

• The shares of stock subject to Options and awards of Deferred Compensation Units shall be shares of the Common Stock.

• The shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of such Options or upon distributions with respect to any such Deferred Compensation Units may be either previously authorized and unissued shares or treasury shares.

• Upon completion of the Reverse Takeover Transaction, the 2019 Compensation Units were exchanged for compensation options of the Company (the “2019 Compensation Options”).

Compensation Units has the meaning given to it above;
