Compensation Option Unit definition

Compensation Option Unit has the meaning ascribed thereto on the second page of this Agreement;
Compensation Option Unit has the meaning given to it in Section 12; “Compensation Option Unit Share” has the meaning given to it in Section 12; “Compensation Option Warrant” has the meaning given to it in Section 12; “Compensation Option Warrant Share” has the meaning given to it in Section 12;
Compensation Option Unit has the meaning ascribed thereto in the opening paragraphs of this Agreement;

Examples of Compensation Option Unit in a sentence

  • Each Compensation Option Unit shall be exercisable into one Unit (1) Share (the “Compensation Option Unit Shares”) and one-half of one Warrant (each whole such Warrant being referred to as a “Compensation Option Warrant”).

  • The Unit Shares, Warrants, Warrant Shares, Compensation Options, Compensation Option Units, Compensation Option Unit Shares, Compensation Option Warrants and the Compensation Option Unit Warrant Shares shall collectively be referred to as the “Offered Securities”.

  • Each Compensation Option Unit will consist of one Common Share (the “Compensation Option Shares”) and one-half of one Warrant (the “Compensation Option Warrants”).

  • Each Compensation Option will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one additional unit (the “Compensation Option Units”) at a price of $1.00 per Compensation Option Unit until the date which is 24 months following the Closing Date.

  • Each Compensation Option Unit will be comprised of one Common Share (each a “Compensation Option Unit Share”) and one-half of a Common Share purchase warrant (each whole Common Share purchase warrant, a “Compensation Option Warrant”).

  • At the Closing Time or Over-Allotment Closing Time, as applicable, all of the Compensation Options will be duly and validly authorized and issued and upon the due exercise of the Compensation Options in accordance with the terms of the Compensation Options validly authorize the issuance of the Compensation Option Unit Shares as fully paid and non-assessable Common Shares.
