Compensation Assessment. No events have occurred with respect to any of the Vendors or Subsidiaries which, to the best of the knowledge of the Vendors, is likely to result in any claim or action against any of the Vendors or Subsidiaries or any significant increase in any workers compensation board assessment or any similar assessment payable by the Vendors or Subsidiaries.
