Compassionate Supply means, the supply or the provision of Product on a compassionate use basis (as applicable).

The Distributor shall be entitled to enter into arrangements with pricing authorities whereby it may supply such Product on a Named Patient Supply or Compassionate Supply basis for prices which are lower than the List Price subject to each such arrangement being entered into upon a strictly confidential basis and having received the prior written approval of QUOIN (the «Confidential Discounted Price»).
