Company’s’ Staff means the Company’s’ employees, officers, agents or subcontractor’s but does not include Staff;
Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.
Medical Staff means all physicians, dentists, oral surgeons, and podiatrists who have been appointed to the Medical Staff by the Board.
Support staff means those staff holding an aircraft maintenance licence under Annex III (Part-66) in category B1, B2 and/or B3 with the appropriate aircraft ratings, working in a base maintenance environment while not necessarily holding certification privileges.
Supplier Staff means all persons employed by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, agents, suppliers and consultants) used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call-Off Contracts;
School board means the governing board of directors of the local school district.
MEDICAL STAFF LEADER means any Medical Staff Officer, department chair, section chief, and committee chair.
Support staff member means an employee who holds a position for which no certificate issued by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners is required.
Clinical Staff means those employees of a provider who are responsible for providing clinical services to clients.
Company’s Website means the website of the Company and/or its web-address or domain name (if any).
Key Staff means staff in positions of executive or managerial responsibility and/or whose performance affects the viability of the business;
Company’s wharf means the wharf to be constructed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement for the shipment of iron ore from the mineral lease or (except for the purposes of the definition of “harbour”) other the temporary wharf for the time being approved by the Minister as the Company’s wharf for the purposes hereof during the period to which such approval relates;
CRM means the DDA Case Resource Manager.
Chief of Staff means the member of the Professional Staff appointed by the Board to serve as Chief of Staff in accordance with the regulations under the Public Hospitals Act;
Executive Team means certain senior executives, including members of management covered by Rule 16(b) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, designated by the Committee as the key executive management of the Company, CVI and CSI.
Executive Directors means a person appointed as director directly accountable to the municipal manager.
Executive Mayor means the councillor elected as the executive mayor of the municipality in terms of section 55 of the Municipal Structures Act;
Company’s workforce means the persons (and the dependants of those persons) engaged whether as employees, agents or contractors in the construction and operation of the facilities to be established pursuant to approved proposals;
Program Staff means an employee or individual who by contract with the program provides a service and has the applicable competencies, qualifications, or certification required to provide the service.
Board Members means the Directors or Trustees of the governing body of the Fund, as the case may be.
Medical Board means the North Carolina Medical Board.
Project Staff means the personnel of Contractor and Subcontractors who provide the Work.
certifying staff means personnel responsible for the release of an aircraft or a component after maintenance;
Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;
Non-Executive Directors means the Directors who are not in whole time employment of the Company.
Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
