Company’s Customers definition

Company’s Customers means any person or entity that has engaged in any banking services with, or has purchased any products or services from, the Company or any of its subsidiaries at any time during the Restrictive Period.
Company’s Customers means any customer, client, account, franchisee, or licensee of the Company and shall include, without limitation, every such person or entity to which the Company has provided products or services, and every prospective customer, client, account, franchisee, or licensee with whom Employee has made contact on behalf of the Company during the two year period immediately preceding the date of Employee’s termination from the Company.
Company’s Customers means: (i) any person or entity to whom the Company (or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) is selling or providing any products and/or services as of the date of termination of Executive's employment with the Company; and/or (ii) any person or entity to whom the Company (or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) sold or provided any products and/or services at any time during the Term; and/or (c) any person or entity to whom the Company (or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates) sold or provided any products and/or services at any time during thirty-six (36) months immediately preceding the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company.

Examples of Company’s Customers in a sentence

  • The Company shall not be liable for any act or omission of any entity furnishing the Company or the Company’s Customers goods, services, equipment or other products to be delivered through the Company’s facilities or to be used in conjunction with goods, services, equipment of other products furnished by the Company.

  • However, Company will arrange for Customers, other than Customers requesting non-published and non-listed service, to be listed in the directories and directory assistance records of the applicable incumbent local exchange carrier in accordance with the incumbent’s listing service tariff schedule, subject to availability of such listing service to Company’s Customers.

  • Customers taking Back-up, Maintenance and Temporary Services under this Rate Schedule shall be subject to Curtailments when curtailment of the Company’s Customers under Rate 831 is insufficient.

  • The amount paid by the Company to a municipality as a cost of doing business within that municipality under a franchise, or pursuant to a license or occupation tax levied by the municipality, will be added to the bill for service to the Company’s Customers within such municipality and for the privilege of employment within the municipality shall be so surcharged.

More Definitions of Company’s Customers

Company’s Customers means any person or entity that has engaged in any banking services with, or has purchased any products or services from, the Company at any time during the one-year period preceding the date of termination of Executive’s employment and with respect to which Executive, by virtue of his senior executive position in the Company, has acquired information or has had contact that would assist Executive in competing with the Company for the business of such customer.
Company’s Customers means customers with which Company is doing business, including Signatory Airlines, Non-Signatory Airlines, and nonscheduled, charter or itinerant aircraft, when such aircraft are lawfully located within the potential use areas as depicted in Exhibit A to this Agreement, attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. Company’s Customers means any person or entity to whom the Company sold or provided any products and/or services at any time during the twenty-four (24) months immediately preceding the termination of Employee’s employment with the Company.
Company’s Customers means any persons or entities who have contracted for, or purchased, goods or services from the Company (such as, by way of example and not limitation, call center services or other telecommunications services, marketing services or internet/web-related services), directly or indirectly through an agent or otherwise, within the past twelve months immediately preceding the Effective Date, and continuing for twelve months immediately following Employee's separation from employment with the Company for any reason.

Company’s Customers means all persons, firms, corporations and other entities that (i) use any of the Company’s products or (ii) within the six (6) months prior to the Triggering Event: (A) have leased or purchased goods or services from the Company, (B) have received proposals from the Company for the lease or purchase of the Company’s goods or services or (C) have been contacted by Executive for a possible sale or lease of the Company’s goods or services.
