Company’s Background IP definition

Company’s Background IP means all Intellectual Property and IP Rights in and to all Technology and Information, including, but not limited to, all diagrams and Diagrams, the White Paper and Ember Tokens, owned, developed or created by the Company and/or any of its Partners on or prior to the Effective Date, which does not provide for Token economic modeling.

Examples of Company’s Background IP in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, (a) the RPO’s Background IP would include [insert a description of any specific items of IP to be included in the definition], and (b) the Company’s Background IP would include [insert a description of any specific items of IP to be included in the definition]”.

  • The Company’s Background IP will be owned by the Company and the Provider Background IP will be owned by the Provider, and except as otherwise provided herein, nothing in this Agreement will be deemed to grant any ownership of a Party’s Background IP to any other Party.
