Company Warranty definition

Company Warranty means each representation and warranty given by the Company pursuant to Clause 4.1 hereof in relation to each statement applicable to it contained in Part A of Schedule 2, and "Company Warranties" means all of those representations and warranties;
Company Warranty shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9 hereof.
Company Warranty shall be construed accordingly;
