Company Warrantholders definition

Company Warrantholders means the holders of Company Warrants.

Company Warrantholders means (i) with respect to any time before the Effective Time, collectively, the holders of record of Company Warrants outstanding as of such time and (ii) with respect to any time at or after the Effective Time, collectively, the holders of record of Company Warrants outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Company Warrantholders means the registered or beneficial holders of Company Warrants, as the context requires.

• The Purchaser shall have received copies of Company Warrant Termination Agreements duly executed by the Company and each of the Company Warrantholders.

• The payment of the Warrant Consideration to any holder of Company Warrants shall be paid at such time(s) provided in this Agreement to the Payment Agent for further payment to the Company Warrantholders that would receive consideration under this Section 1.3(d).
