Company Stakeholders definition

Company Stakeholders means Company Shareholders, the Founder (in its capacity as holder of Founder Incentive Interests), the holders of Company SARs, the holders of L&A Incentive Interests and the holders of GAFLL Class B Ordinary Shares.
Company Stakeholders means those Persons to be issued (i) shares of Parent Common Stock and/or convertible non-voting common stock of Parent and/or (ii) Parent Warrants, Parent RSUs and/or Parent Options pursuant to this Agreement or any of the Transaction Documents.
Company Stakeholders means collectively the Shareholders and the Key Participant.
